We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In the same condition that you received it

• Have its original tags attached

• In its original packaging

You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your order back before your return request has been approved. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and shipping information.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@voidmma.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and photos of the item when contacting us about a damaged, defective, or incorrect order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product, the fastest option is to request a return for your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@voidmma.com.
